Enjoy a guided inner child focused meditation, followed by Reiki experience and art workshop creating a collage painting.

Group meditation and Reiki-

The event will begin with a 10-15 minute presentation where participants will learn about the importance of inner child connection and healing. Participants will then be guided into a meditation to encourage them to connect with their inner child followed by a 25-minute group Reiki session. There will be a short period of rest after the Reiki session before moving on to the art class.

Art workshop -

In this class, students will be encouraged to unwind and embrace their inner child as they create a collage painting! We will start by experimenting with techniques such as paint pouring and finger painting to create a fun, abstracted plane to add collage elements to. The mediums they will work with include acrylic paints, oil pastels, handmade paper, and lots more fun mediums. No previous art experience is required. Come play with your inner child and rediscover the magic within you.
