Kundalini Yoga is an uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices which incorporate movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras. The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness.
This class is accessible to all levels. We will start with some warm up exercises, then move into a specific set of movements (kriya) and enjoy a meditation with mantra and a nice savasana.
Class offered on ZOOM (donation based) and in person. Space is limited to 6 students in person. Registration required.
Dana has been teaching Kundalini Yoga since 2019. She is an intuitive, energy worker, feng shui specialist and integrative life coach.
