Yoga nidra is a form of guided meditation experienced in a comfortable, restorative position that allows us to access the subconscious and unconscious states, while remaining awake and aware. Sound baths activate the parasympathetic nervous system to enter the “rest and digest” state, reducing stress and anxiety. It is here that we can find calm, tap into our intuition and creativity, and heal our body and mind. This is a great practice to nurture ourselves, adjust to the time change and start the week feeling refreshed.
