Guided imagery meditation to transportive music and mindfulness discussion about our deep connection to the rhythms and cycles of time and seasons, including planetary/solar influence. 

Equinoxes and Solstices are especially powerful times of the year in planetary/solar alignment, and facilitate shifts to higher levels of awareness.  Like surfing, we can take advantage of these ‘waves’ of alignments.  Join Dr. Jelusich for a delightful evening of a 30 minute meditation, followed by a transportive slide show and chat.
